Are all features included in every paid plan?

Yes. Every paid plan includes payroll, recruitment, performance reviews, biometric integration, custom reports, and every other module — no hidden upgrades.

How does pricing work?

Per-seat pricing that gets cheaper as you grow. 1–2 employees free forever. 3–10 pay 65 EGP/seat/month, 11–50 pay 50 EGP/seat/month, 50+ pay 40 EGP/seat/month. Annual billing saves you 20%.

What about local payroll regulations?

We support Egyptian social insurance (التأمينات الاجتماعية), income-tax brackets, end-of-service benefits, Ramadan working hours, and statutory holiday calendars. KSA (GOSI, WPS) and UAE coverage included.

Is the Arabic experience a real one?

Yes — full RTL support, Arabic typography, Hijri calendar, and locale-aware date and currency formatting. Built bilingual from day one, not bolted on.

How secure is our employee data?

Bank-grade encryption at rest and in transit, daily backups, audit logs on every change, and SOC 2 Type II processes. Customers in MENA are hosted regionally.

Can I integrate with fingerprint devices?

Yes. We support ZKTeco and other biometric attendance devices commonly used across Egypt and the Gulf. Integration setup typically takes under an hour.

What payment methods do you accept?

Bank transfers, credit cards, and Fawry payments in Egypt. Cards and bank transfer in KSA and UAE.

Can I cancel anytime?
